Dolphin Bay, Bocas del Toro

Dolphin Bay gets its name from the bottlenose dolphin sighting that occurs almost all the time.

Mainly in the months of June and July.

This bay is located between a mangrove area, privileged for its flora and fauna. Located between the east side of Isla Cristóbal, at an approximate distance of 10 km from Isla Colón (15 to 20 minutes by boat).

The abundance of fish and crustaceans in these waters make Dolphin Bay the perfect place for their habitat within the Bocas del Toro archipelago.

We normally observe these friendly dolphins jump, swim and play in pairs and groups of 5 to 6.

If you visit Bocas del Toro, you cannot miss this destination.

Bocas Tours runs boat rides to Dolphin Bay from $ 40 per person.
