Terms & Conditions: Some of the requirements to enter Panama
Passengers are 100% responsible for checking the requirements to enter Panama on the websites of their embassy or consulate before booking this trip.
When leaving Costa Rica, a $9 tax is applied, while entering Panama incurs a $4 charge. These fees are not included in the ticket price.
It is essential to have your passport with at least 6 months validity and the printed flight itinerary for immigration officials.
Demonstrate financial capacity of at least five hundred US dollars (USD $500.00), which can be in cash, by credit card, bank reference, work letter, or traveler's checks. For certain nationalities, a higher amount is required. It is suggested to verify this information with the Panamanian consulate in your country of origin or with the corresponding airline.
To enter Panama by bus, travelers must present a flight itinerary showing their departure from Panama or any Central American country. Bus tickets are not accepted as entry documents in Panama. The return flight itinerary can be from any location in Central America to the traveler's country of origin or their next destination to visit.
The pickup time is approximate and could vary up to 30 minutes to one hour in both directions. Customers must be at the designated pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled time. The shuttle service will wait a maximum of 5 minutes; otherwise, it will depart without the customer with no possibility of refund.
Each passenger is allowed 1 large suitcase or backpack and 1 carry-on luggage. Any additional luggage, oversized or overweight, or surfboards (up to 6 feet 5 inches) will incur an additional fee of $22.
